Lisa Litt, PhD
Lisa Caren Litt, PhD is a recognized expert in the integrated treatment of traumatic stress and substance misuse. She is Associate Professor in the Department of Psychology at The New School for Social Research where she oversees the Concentration in Mental Health and Substance Abuse Counseling. Her Adjunct Faculty appointments include Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, Adelphi University and Teachers College, Columbia University. Dr. Litt is member and Past-President of the Executive Committee of the New York State Psychological Association Division on Addictions and is Co-Chair of the Board of Directors of Moderation Management. She has been a consultant, trainer and supervisor for behavioral intervention studies for PTSD and substance misuse. Her clinical psychology practice is in New York City.
