Founder of the Breath Warrior Project. Her experience working within prison systems spans over eleven years within multiple prisons and immigration removal centers. She is currently working on a multi-site study in women's prisons and has completed two of the four planned 10-week offerings inside Downview Women's Prison. Her dream is for Yoga Therapists to work alongside other mental health professionals throughout all the prisons of the UK and to ensure quality yoga therapy offerings that are trauma-adapted and inclusive to all residents.
