Mariel Pastor,
LMFT is an IFS Lead Trainer and consultant known for her clarity, warmth
and humor. Trained in IFS since 1998, she is the principal author of the IFS Institute's Level 1 Participant Training Manual, and leads IFS trainings, retreats and workshops across the globe. Mariel is also Co-founder of the IFS Telehealth Collective which provides IFS consultation services for both IFS-trained and IFS-informed mental health clinicians. As a systemic marriage and family therapist based in Portland, Oregon, Mariel incorporates her interests in Integral Psychology, somatic psychotherapies, EMDR, and spirituality within the framework of IFS. Her original work, the Unburdened Internal System mandala, brings the fullness of the IFS Model into tangible form, offering hope for clinicians and clients alike.

Paul Ginter,
Ed.D., is a co-founder and clinical director of the IFS Telehealth Collective and co-founder of the Center for Psychotherapy and Wellness in Kalamazoo, MI. As a practicing psychologist, Paul primarily draws from the Internal Family Systems Model in his work with a wide variety of clients and in his supervision/consultation with therapists. Paul has served as a Lead Trainer for the IFS Institute for over 20 years, leading trainings in 15 different countries.
