Our Only DBT Certification for Kids & Teens—Practical, Results-Driven, and Designed for Real Change!

Let’s be real—most kids and teens don’t want to be in therapy. Because talking about the hard stuff hurts.

But if you’re trying to touch on big emotions, reduce impulsive behavior, and help them survive the chaos of school, friends, and family with a “hey let’s talk about it” approach…you’re in for a bumpy ride.

That’s where DBT is PROVEN to change the game for therapists working with kids and teens.

Because DBT isn’t about forcing them to talk about the hard stuff…

…it’s about giving them skills they can use right now to manage school stress, navigate friendship drama, tame big emotions and improve their closest relationships – making therapy not only more effective, but making it feel better for them and for you.

And now, for the first time ever we’re offering a complete DBT Certification training program with a focus on treating children and adolescents.

You’ll join Anastasia M. Harmeyer, MSW, LCSW, LCAS, and Julianna Elsworth, MSW, LCSW— Certified DBT Professionals, and co-authors of DBT, CBT, and Play Therapy Toolbox for Children and Adolescents— as they show you exactly what to do every step of the way…

…so you can master the approach, apply the skills to almost any diagnosis, earn your certification and change the way you work with young clients.

When you register you’ll get:

  • A clear DBT roadmap for kids and teens—so you know exactly how to integrate DBT into your work with youth.
  • Engagement strategies that actually work with kids—so even the most resistant or shut-down child feels heard and involved.
  • Practical, kid-friendly tools you can use right away—fun, interactive, and developmentally appropriate techniques (no fluff, just results!).
  • Step-by-step interventions—targeting emotional regulation, impulsivity, social challenges, and building self-confidence in children and teens.
  • FREE certification*—a $249.99 value at no extra cost! *

This is more than just a training—it’s your chance to reshape the way kids and teens experience therapy, turning challenges into growth and frustration into progress.
