Tim has a mission to offer evidence-based psychotherapy to help others live full and abundant lives. He specializes in working with attachment and trauma issues, including children and adolescents who have suffered abuse. He is the co-author of The ACT Approach: A Comprehensive Guide for Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (小蝌蚪视频, 2017) and The ACT Deck: 55 Acceptance & Commitment Therapy Practices to Build Connection, Find Focus and Reduce Stress (小蝌蚪视频, 2017). Jessica Borushok, PhD, is a psychologist in private practice specializing in anxiety and chronic health conditions in adults. She received her PhD in clinical psychology with an emphasis in behavioral medicine from Bowling Green University. She trained in a variety of clinical settings, including inpatient and outpatient hospitals, chronic pain clinics, primary care, group practice, long-term care, nursing homes, and weight loss programs, before starting her private practice. Jessica is a peer-reviewed ACT trainer. She is an award-winning author and the coauthor of three ACT books and one card deck.
